[Vcneighborhood] Time change for January 11 and March 14 meetings

PALS had previously reserved your two-way video room for Friday, January
11 and Friday, March 14 from 9am-12pm. We have made a change in the
meeting time. The meetings will now start at 9:30am and run to 12:30pm.
Is the two-way video room available for this extended time? Is so,
