[Vcneighborhood] Equipment Usage

Anne Craig, director of the Illinois State Library, has asked me to
check with you about something.  She's asking if you would be willing to
make your PALS videoconference equipment available to other Secretary of
State departments at no charge.  I've re-read the agreement you all
signed & it doesn't directly mention this but it would certainly be
something PALS would support.  If you agreed on room availability, they
would probably be dealing directly with you and not through us.
Probably the charging thing is would you charge them for use of the
room.  But, just like scheduling with PALS, most of this would rely on
room availability and someone within your organization to troubleshoot
if there are problems.
 
I don't know what the amount of use would be so we'll all learn this
together.  
 
So, please let me know if you'd be willing to allow the SOS to use the
equipment & your space free of charge from time to time.  Then I can get
back to Anne.  THanks a lot.
