[Rfsouthwest] Southwest Route running

To all libraries on the Rockford southwest route:

Reportedly, delivery began on time for your route.  However, due to weather conditions you might expect your delivery to arrive a bit later than usual.  Of course, the later you are on the route, the greater the potential for delay.  Pending road conditions, it is also possible that the route will not finish.  If I hear anything further from the driver or delivery supervisor, I will relay it.
