Attached to this email is the first issue of the new PALS delivery newsletter!  We plan to issue a brief newsletter like this periodically to provide information and remind members about delivery procedures. We are distributing this newsletter via various mailing lists to try and reach the staff that actually handles delivery at your library. We will also distribute a print version of the newsletter in the bag/bin/pouch at your library. 
 
We welcome any comments or suggestions for newsletter topics.  If you would like anyone else subscribed to the mailing list to receive the newsletter, feel free to supply that as well. As always, your delivery supervisors or I would be happy to try to answer any questions or listen to any concerns you have regarding delivery.
