[PMPT] PALS Day

PMPT members -

Just checking in about various things related to PALS Day next week.  I know our panel is working on their presentation - thank you!  I have copied the trivia contest and the Library Tour Questionnaire to go in the event packets.  Also, staff helped me put together our seven giveaway bags.  Thanks to everyone who sent stuff!  They are nice and stuffed with goodies/ideas not to mention the gift certificates that will be included - very cool giveaways.

Last topic is manning the PMPT table / Swap 'n Share.  Brenda Roman is offering to stay there virtually all day, but we also said we would have other members of the PMPT be there at least part of the time.  Seems like we'll particularly need folks right after lunch to help with the drawing for the giveaways.  I thought rather than distributing a schedule document, can you let me know if there is a time slot during the day when you'd be willing to be at the table for a while?  Particularly those that are coming to PALS Day and not presenting as part of the panel, since the presenters are already giving up a timeslot for the cause!  Just respond to this email and I'll pencil a schedule and send it back out before next week.

Let me know if I've forgotten anything, and don't forget to bring your own library's Swap 'n Share items.
