	Folks, 
	 
	One of the things that the staff had meant to put on the agenda
for yesterday's OPAC meeting was to talk about Item Groups and all the
search choices in Advanced Search. Since this falls under the charge of
this subcommittee, we would like to propose a meeting, via any format
(conference call, videoconference, or face-to-face) to discuss this and
come up with a recommendation for OPAC at their July 18th meeting. While
this is more under the seaching part, Technical Services members of this
subcommittee are welcome.
	 
	We may or may not be able to get through everything in one
meeting. At a minimum I would like to propose at least a two-three hour
meeting to get started. If folks did prefer face-to-face, please let me
know. Although with our current calendar, a conference call or
videoconference would work best for system staff. 
	 
	The following days and times are available. The times are
suggested. 
	Thurs. June 7, any format, any time (9-noon or 2-5pm)
	Fri. June 8, phone or videoconference 9-2pm (either 9-noon or
10am-1pm)
	Wed. June 13, phone or videoconference, 2-5pm 
	Thurs. June 14, phone or videoconference, 9-noon
	Fri. June 15, phone or videoconference, 9-2pm (either 9-noon or
10am-1pm)
	 
	To make this easier (I hope) please respond with the times you
can't make it.
