[Pgindexingsub] Formats sort

The format drop down is still there, just with the ugly Sirsi values.
Our pretty one got moved out when Sirsi was trying to fix another
Advanced Search problem. We are working on getting the pretty one back
in
 
Keep your options open a little longer.
