[Delivery-all] stats reminder

Just a reminder that today is the first day of the two weeks that we are
asking members to count the items that you receive on PALS delivery.  If
you've already received and sorted your delivery for today, and forgot
to count, not to worry!  Just add another day on at the end of the two
weeks so we will have two full weeks of counts.
